A new Batman Arkham game has been announced which is called Batman Arkham Shadow but it is not what you expect. Unlike previous Arkham, it is a VR game that will let you experience the world as Batman. For many players, it can be unfortunate including me. It could have gone any way but this is the route that we have to take now.
The game is a new VR experience set in the world of Arkham series. It seems like that Batman Arkham Shadow takes place somewhere after Batman Arkham Origin.
It is being developed by Camouflaj who are also the developers of the Iron Man VR game. That game was pretty good for players who like VR stuff.
This time, it is a full-fledged game that is exclusive to Meta Quest. It takes advantage of Meta Quest capabilities. The exclusive availability of the game would be bad news for some players as well.
It will be good to see what the end result would be. The Last Batman VR game was simple and did not have many functionalities.
To top it all off, Batman Arkham Shadow is not being developed by Rocksteady. This is what we have for the Batman world and I hope that we see a full-fledged Batman game.
