Cronos: The New Dawn Gets New Trailer and Release Window

During the Xbox Games Showcase, a new trailer for the sci-fi survival horror game Cronos: The New Dawn was revealed by Bloober Team.

The trailer shows us players burning corpses to stop other monsters from absorbing them and becoming stronger. There is a Dead Space and Silent Hill vibe to the game, which makes me excited because that’s my favorite series. The situation might be different for other players, but if you are approaching the game, then do keep Dead Space and Resident Evil in mind.

The game is set to launch in Fall 2025; its release window was revealed along with the trailer at the Xbox Game Showcase, which also showcased some gameplay footage. Cronos: The New Dawn is a third-person game with a sci-fi setting and a grim atmosphere that includes stuff like time travel and the end of mankind. The game was originally announced in October 2024.

The developer has narrowed the release window for the game to fall 2025. Along with a regular trailer, a deep dive trailer named “Survive the Nest” was also revealed. The trailer shows us some of the things included in the game. The protagonist is known simply by the name Traveler as it investigates a nest of monsters that have appeared after an apocalyptic event called The Change.
