High On Life 2 is the second entry into the series that was created by Squanch Games, headed by former Rick and Morty actor Justin Roiland. The game is releasing this fall. It was revealed during the Xbox Games Showcase. The trailer looks heavily edited despite the claim of in-game footage. Even then, it is the same game with things turned up a notch. There are talking guns, aliens, some really weird abilities, and of course, humor.
How humor is perceived is different for different players. Humor is not the only thing that a game needs, since the original was not that good of a shooter. If one wants to present a game that is more than just a gimmick, then things need to be cranked up.
The animation still looks pretty good, making it a decent chance where cinematic indicates a good final product. The developers have the ability to deliver an engaging experience since Justin Roiland is spearheading High On Life 2.
