The Blood of Dawnwalker Gets New Trailer And Release Date

The gameplay for The Blood of Dawnwalker was revealed by Rebel Wolves at the Xbox Games Showcase. It is a dark fantasy open-world RPG heading to PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The developers have confirmed the launch date of the game to be 2026.

The Blood of Dawnwalker takes place in 14th-century Europe in a fictional area in the Carpathian Mountains. Vampire has taken complete control of the area. They have enslaved the locals and are using them as livestock, but the appearance of Coen is changing the tide. He is a Dawnwalker, meaning that he is a half-vampire/half-human with the ability to walk both night and day.

The skill of the character can change depending on the time of day, and it can even have an impact on the story. It is all up to the player to decide whether they want to take revenge against those who created them or save their family.

Combat seems similar to The Witcher 3 for good reason because it is being developed by some of the folks behind The Witcher. There is sword fighting and even the option to drink the blood of enemies. Exploration is fast because Coen can walk on the walls and leap across rooftops. From what we can see in the trailer, it seems like there are different types of enemies, not just simple bloodsuckers.

That’s all we have on The Blood of Dawnwalker for now. Stay tuned for more, or visit The Looter Shooters for Reviews, Lists, and Guides.
