One of the most awaited games Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will now launch on PlayStation 5 as well. The release date for the game was announced for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game will launch on December 9, 2024, for PC and Xbox. It will be available on Day One on the Game Pass. The PlayStation version will be released in Spring 2025 which was confirmed by Bethesda.
Originally the game was intended to be Xbox and PC exclusive since it is Microsoft’s first-party game.
During Gamescom, a new trailer for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was released which revealed additional gameplay such as puzzles, and whip combat along with the release date. It will be available for PlayStation when its Xbox exclusivity period ends.
The release of the game on PlayStation is a major development since Bethesda is owned by Microsoft.
A video on Bethesda’s official social media channel shows The game director Jerl Gustafsson stating “We want everybody to be able to enjoy this adventure. That is why we are delighted to bring Indiana Jones and the Great Circle to PlayStation 5 players, next Spring 2025.”
The pre-orders of the game were also announced. You can pre-order the game right now. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is offered in Standard, Premium, and Collector’s editions. Premium and Collectors editions will offer three days of early access to the game. The game is not yet available for pre-order on the PlayStation 5.
