Rumors are circulating that Rocksteady Studios might be working on a new Batman game. It will not be a remaster or remake of any previous game but rather a brand-new Batman game. It is also rumored that Sony is trying to cash in on this opportunity and it can become a PlayStation console-exclusive.
When you think about it, it makes a lot of sense since the studio’s last game was Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League which fell flat on all fronts. So Rocksteady Studios is now turning to the things that they are good at. The thing that made them respected developers, single player Batman games.
There is no official confirmation and I don’t think that there will be one for a while. You have to take this information with a grain of salt since nothing has been confirmed yet.
Rocksteady Studios’ last single-player game was Batman Arkham Knight. It improved upon all that its processor had to offer.
The map was bigger and the Batmobile was also introduced in the game. Batmobile became one of the game’s best features. In the year 2023, the game was released on Nintendo Switch and the performance of the game was not good at launch.
One thing is certain the release of a new Batman game of Arkham caliber would be a dream come true for a lot of players.
