Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is The Next Metroid Prime

We finally have some gameplay footage for Metroid Prime 4 and it is known as Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. The footage was revealed during Nintendo Direct. It is Metroid Prime just like we remembered. From exploring the moody atmospheric environment to shooting and getting out of the ship all take the series back to the roots.

In the trailer, we see the classic Metroid Prime. There is first-person combat in the gameplay which reminds me of Doom since the combat we see is intense. Players will be scanning the environment which can play a major role in the game.

Players will be scanning stuff and then the bad guys are shown in the end. We don’t know much about the game so we have to wait till the game is released to experience the game in full glory. The game is set to release sometime in 2025.

It’s been a long time since we have gotten any information about the next entry of the fan-favorite Metroid Prime series. Initially, the game was revealed in 2017 by just showing us a logo. Nintendo in 2019, announced the reboot of the series without any footage of the game.

It was also revealed that the original developer of the series Retro Studios, would be taking over as the developers of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond.

Since the announcement, we have gotten Metroid Prime Remastered among other things related to the series. Remaster was amazing so I am excited about this new entry into the series.
