Mafia: The Old Country Gets A New Trailer and A Release Date

Developer Hangar 13 has released a new trailer for Mafia: The Old Country. The new gameplay trailer was also accompanied by the release date announcement. The game is set to release on August 8, 2025, and it is now available for preorder.

Multiple elements of the game were showcased in the new trailer. Players will have access to an extensive number of firearms. There is also a knife feature so players can now get into knife duels. There are some authentic vehicles that will appear from time to time, along with the ability to ride horses. It means that players can ride horses and drive vehicles.

As per the developer of Mafia: The Old Country, the game will take players to the early 20th century and make them feel like an anti-hero named Enzo. It will follow his journey into the underworld as he navigates the ups and downs of a gangster’s life.

Unlike previous Mafia games, The Old Country has a linear narrative. Enzo will need to deal with unpredictable friends as well as dangerous enemies as he takes on the streets of the Italian Countryside and urban areas.

Mafia: The Old Country will be released for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5. The price of the game is lower than others on the market. It is one of the lowest prices for an AAA game. Unlike other games, it will cost $49.99 instead of the standard $69.99 or $79.99 price. There is also a deluxe edition which costs $59.9. Those who preorder the game will get some extra bonuses as well.
