The Creative Director of Marvel’s Wolverine Has Shifted to Perfect Dark

As per reports, there has been major shuffling in the leadership of Insomniac Games’s Marvel’s Wolverine. The creative director of Wolverine Brian Horton, who was previously head of Wolverine’s production team has now moved to work on Xbox’s game Perfect Dark.

The previously announced game director of Wolverine will now be shifted to another role in the insomniac. Marcus Smith the creative director of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and Mike Daly, the game director of Ratchet & Clank: Rift will now be leading the project.

Wolverine is the upcoming 3rd person action-adventure game and very little is known about the game. It was announced in 2021 but stayed out of the public eye until the data breach that happened back in 2023. It resulted in the leak of personal information and some classified data regarding PlayStation and Insomniac projects. There was even a source code and asset breach along with some leaked gameplay footage.

Perfect Dark is an upcoming first-person game that was re-revealed in the 2024 Xbox Games Showcase. The game was originally announced back in 2020 in The Game Award Show. Similar to Marvel’s Wolverine There is no release date for the game just yet so it remains out of reach. It is guessed that Perfect Dark will be released in 2026.

Marvel’s Wolverine is set to be released for PlayStation 5 while Perfect Dark will be released on Xbox and PC.
