Turok Origins Brings Back the Classic Dinosaur Action

After 16 years, we are finally getting a new Turok game called Turok Origins. The game is being developed by Saber Interactive. It is a third-person, unlike previous entries into the series which were first-person. The game can be played in either single-player or in co-op.

From the looks of it, it seems like the game is designed while taking co-op into consideration. Players get to select different Turok warriors. There is the option to use different weapons such as bows, plasma rifles, shotguns, snipers, handguns, and plasma rifles. Your opponents will be prehistoric creatures and dinosaurs.

DNA power also plays a key role and it seems like every playable character has a skill set. The game describes it as “Each DNA power not only enhances your look but also offers upgradeable skills and abilities to give you an edge in combat.”

Saber Interactive is no stranger to co-op third-person shooters with Space Marine 2 and World War Z under their belt. Turok Origins doesn’t even have a release window yet.

The Turok series saw major success in the initial year and the first three games were recently remastered by Nightdive Studios.
