Void/Breaker is a new ambitious rougelite FPS from the developers Stubby Games and the publisher Playstack, which was revealed during a stream from Triple-i Initiative. Players have to fight hordes upon hordes of robotic AI enemies. Similar to some other roguelike games, you are stuck in a cycle of life and death.
The game has environmental destruction and an extensive modding system. We can see in the trailer of Void/Breaker that players can also use telekinetic powers. The visuals are a treat, and the gameplay is supposed to be fast-paced.
The developer’s previous game was 2022’s The Entropy Centre, which was received positively. On the other hand, the publisher has games like Mortal Shell, Balatro, and Rise of the Golden Idol under its belt.
The game is slated to release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025. The test run for the game will start from April 10 and end on April 24.
