Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2: Gameplay Reveal Trailer is Out

We have new gameplay for Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2. The Space Marines are important for Warhammer and the idea of fighting as one is intriguing. Developed by Saber Interactive and Published by Focus Entertainment, it is a continuation of the journey from the first game.

Space Marine 2 is a third-person shooter that is set in the dark universe of the Warhammer 40k. From the first look at the game, it seems interesting.

The game will have a campaign mode that can be played in co-op with your friends. The story takes place a hundred years after the events of the first game. The main character is Demetrian Titus, who is a genetically altered super soldier. He is the hero of Ultra Marines and is once again on the ground taking down enemies.

Later on, we see marines fighting off different enemies and some of the enemies are invading in hordes upon hordes. Players are supposed to fight endless hordes of enemies as they battle for survival. It reminds me of Helldivers 2 though, it’s more intense here.

Battles will take place in a variety of different locations. So there is quite a bit of verity.

Before a mission, players will be able to select a load out. Players will have the option of engaging both close-quarter and long-range weapons.

A Reason To Stay

There is even end-game content that can be played in CO-OP. There are no microtransactions but there are paid DLC that offers cosmetics. It does sound like microtransactions but we are just not calling it that. There is also a PVP mode known as Eternal War.

Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 is trying to give players more reasons to stay after the campaign is over. If the game is good then it might work.

That’s all we have on Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2, stay tuned for more.
